How to Return a Returned Product to Bosci:
- When the return request is received, you pack the product in its original condition before receiving the item (including gifts, accessories attached to the main product) and take it to the nearest post office to be contacted for delivery to Bosci.

Unfortunately, Bosci currently does not support home delivery.

I. Grounds for Acceptance of Refunds
1. Goods meet the conditions of return and exchange:
- The product delivered is incorrect in quantity, information and model compared to the order.
- The product is damaged due to manufacturer's fault (technical failure, design fault, content, hidden/internal fault, deviation from quality standards published by Bosci) or fault during transport (defective, scratched, stained, cracked, etc.).

2. Customer changes usage requirements:
- Bosci accepts returns on the grounds that the customer changes its usage requirements, but the products accepted for exchange will be based on the business policy at the time of the customer's request.

II. Conditions for Returned Products
1. Terms of return:
- The product is not on Bosci's restricted exchange list.
- The product/service has complete accessories (user guide, warranty card...) and included gift (if any).
- The product is not dirty, has no strange smell, no signs of use, or no data (for products with storage devices).
- Customers also keep purchase confirmation at XYZ Accessories (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement...).

2. Time to Submit Returns and Exchanges:
- Unless otherwise stated in the introduction of the product/service on the Bosci website, the customer has 03 days from the date of receipt of the goods to submit a return request.

3. Return Fees:
- For products returned due to the fault of Bosci or the supplier, the customer is not charged exchange fees and free shipping to the location indicated on the return request form.
- For products that are returned because the customer changes their usage needs, unless the product identification stipulates that there is a return fee, the customer is not charged and must pay the shipping cost in accordance with the instructions of the Bosci Shipping Policy if you want to have a new item sent to the requested address.

III. Refund Provisions
1. Refund Principle:
- The refund method is based on the customer's payment method at the time of purchase, if possible Bosci will change the method according to the customer's request.
- Refund when the customer uses a coupon code: in the specific case that Bosci receives for a refund when the customer uses a coupon, Bosci will not refund the value of the coupon used by the customer but only refund the actual amount spent by the customer when making the purchase.
